Who we are
The Impactors Academy (“we”, “us”) is a global platform building ventures across tourism, sport, finance, and technology, including Loc, Beyond the Football Pitch, IA's Business and Finance, and IA Pro. This policy covers impactorsacademy.com and the pages under it (including /blog). Each venture's own site links back here unless it publishes its own policy.

What we collect
Contact form. If you submit the contact form on this site, we store the name, email address, and message you provide so a team member can read and reply to it. That's the only form on the public site that collects personal information.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how the site is used — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how visitors arrived at the site. It only runs after you accept the cookie banner; declining or not choosing means it never loads. This is aggregate usage data; we do not use it to identify individual visitors. Google Analytics sets its own cookies to do this — see Google's Privacy Policy for how Google handles that data.
What we don't collect. We don't run ad-tracking pixels, sell data to third parties, or require an account to browse, read the blog, or contact us. The site has no newsletter sign-up or comment system at this time.
Why we collect it
- To respond to messages sent through the contact form.
- To understand which pages and content are useful, so we can improve the site.
- To keep the site secure and diagnose technical problems.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions are kept as long as needed to respond and for our own records, and can be deleted on request (see “Your rights” below). Google Analytics data follows Google's own retention settings for our property, which we have set to the shortest practical window for the reporting we need.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent personal information. It's shared only with the service providers that make the site work — our hosting infrastructure and Google Analytics — and only to the extent needed for them to provide that service, or if required by law.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. If you're in the EU/EEA or UK, these are your rights under GDPR/UK GDPR; we honor the same requests regardless of where you're writing from. You can also opt out of Google Analytics generally using Google's browser opt-out add-on.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we'll remove it.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page if what we collect or how we use it changes, and update the effective date above when we do. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
