Impacting Lives
Positively.

How the Impactors Academy began, the people building it, and the projects growing under its name. What started as one person's plan to earn a living online has grown into something much bigger: a mission to impact lives positively.

Who We Are

Impact is not a slogan. It is the reason we exist.

The Impactors Academy exists to impact lives positively. That is not a slogan we adopted after the fact. It is the reason the organization exists at all, and it shapes everything we build, from the projects under our name to the people we choose to work alongside.

The Impactors Academy was founded by Emmanuel Morris (MENDER).

The Beginning

It started as one person's plan to survive.

The idea did not start as an organization. It started as one person's plan to sustain himself during his studies, and to become financially independent of his parents.

On May 18, 2020, Emmanuel drafted a personal plan for earning money on the internet. He had hit rock bottom and needed money for rent, with nowhere else to turn. He did what most people do in that position. He went to YouTube and asked it the same question millions of people have asked: how to make money online.

What he found was a flood of scattered, sometimes contradictory information, gathered out of sheer desperation. He wrote it all down on a whitepaper:

Upwork, Amazon (Kindle e-book publishing), Flippa, Shutterstock, TakeLessons, Fiverr, dropshipping, consulting (Clarity.fm, Teachable), online courses (Teachable, Udemy, Skillshare), podcasting, writing a book (blogging bundles, make1kchallenge.com), selling leads, freelance writing, sponsored content, webinars, and community building.

Next to that list, he kept a second one, the methods he actually tried. Some worked. Most did not:

Upwork, YouTube, Amazon, Amazon Kindle publishing, Amazon affiliate marketing, ClickBank, Flippa, Shutterstock, Rover, TakeLessons, Fiverr, dropshipping, Scribie, Google speech-to-text transcription through Google Docs, Google AdSense through Media.net, and affiliate income through Commission Junction, Impact Radius, FlexOffers, and Amazon Associates.

Of everything on that list, freelancing on Upwork was by far the most successful. It earned him his first $1,000 online. Feeling like he had finally made it, he started a YouTube channel called Impactors Academy to teach others how to make money online the way he had just learned to.

The channel launched on October 23, 2020, after months of research and testing across the platforms above. It looked promising at first, but it was built on a shaky foundation: one person, working alone, while carrying a great deal in his personal life that year. Without the structure to sustain it, the channel came to a halt shortly after it began.

The Relaunch

Back in 2024, with a plan and a purpose.

In 2024, Emmanuel brought the Impactors Academy back. This time with an actual plan behind it, and a different purpose. Not simply to make money online, but to impact lives positively.

The relaunch was sparked by something he had come to see clearly: a common problem across Liberia and many African countries, a deep and total dependence on government among youth and citizens for nearly everything. He believes this dependence is part of why so many countries keep re-electing leaders who fail them. He came to believe there was another way. That people could learn to earn for themselves and by themselves, using their own gifts, talents, and technical know-how, and that the internet had made this genuinely possible for anyone willing to learn.

By this point, Emmanuel had also picked up real experience in other areas, including trading and software engineering, which fed directly into how the relaunched Impactors Academy was shaped.

Building the Team

34 people, building together.

The Impactors Academy currently has 34 members. Here is a summary of how the team was built.

Emmanuel brought Bill on as the first team member. Together they launched several social media pages, and during this period the overall strategic plan for the Impactors Academy, the full map of what it would become, was drafted.

In 2026, the Impactors Academy opened its doors further, inviting some of Emmanuel's closest friends and brothers to join the team.

Our Projects Today

A growing family of projects.

The Impactors Academy is the mother platform for a growing family of projects.

Loc

Originally launched as LocEtudiant and relaunched in 2025 with Lewis Rogers and Kodi Majok Matur as co-founders. A tourism platform connecting travellers with authentic local experiences, the local way to see the world.

Beyond the Football Pitch

A content and community platform built around the lifestyle, stories, and opportunities that exist beyond professional football. We share and promote football content, and we seek to partner with football platforms to show the impact that lives beyond the pitch.

IA's Business and Finance

Financial literacy and business fundamentals for the next generation of founders and entrepreneurs. We share content on the Forex and cryptocurrency markets.

IA Pro

We build AI agents and automation systems that save businesses time and money. IA Pro is the technical arm of the Impactors Academy, a global community of builders, creators, and entrepreneurs. We spent years building internal tools for our own network before ever taking on outside clients, so when you work with us you are getting systems that have already been tested in production, not theory.

  • AI agent development and deployment
  • Workflow automation (n8n, Zapier-style integrations, custom pipelines)
  • Lead generation and enrichment tools
  • Content distribution and social media automation
  • Custom internal tools for teams that need to move faster

We work self-hosted and open source first, which means lower long-term costs and no vendor lock-in. Our team ships fast, documents everything, and stays hands-on until the system works the way you need it to. IA's Digital, a freelance agency on Upwork, operates as a sub-branch.

…with more projects still to come.

Impactors In Christ

Carrying out the Great Commission.

We also carry a Christian division, Impactors In Christ, built specifically to carry out the Great Commission, making disciples for Christ.

As people of faith, but not limited to Christians, we gather every Wednesday night to pray and fellowship together virtually. The objective is simple: winning souls for Christ. Everyone is welcome to join.

MENDER

Worship ministry (worship and word content).

ClubX

Book Club and Community branch connected to Impactors In Christ.

The Full Ecosystem

Content, education, and community.

Beyond the current projects, the Impactors Academy is building a broader ecosystem of content, education, and community. The Impactors Academy serves as the mother platform for the business-related platforms, and Impactors In Christ serves as the mother platform for the Christian-related platforms such as ministries.
